For straightforward requests, submitted photos are sufficient for a preliminary estimate. For more complex jobs — size, access, or proximity to structures or utility lines — an on-site visit is scheduled.
Professional Consultation
A direct assessment of scope, priority, and cost. Any permit requirements, utility coordination, or access considerations are identified upfront.
Detailed Proposal
An itemized written estimate — scope, pricing, and terms — delivered electronically for digital approval at your convenience.
Project Scheduled
Once approved, a service date is confirmed. Weather-related schedule changes are communicated in advance — safety is the deciding factor.
Work Performed
A trained crew using proper rigging and established safety standards. Real-time status and photos are available via a live tracker link for every project.
Cleanup & Final Walk-Through
The site is fully cleared — raked, blown, and hauled. A final walk-through is conducted with the property owner, or documented by photo when the owner is unavailable.
Invoice, Sent Digitally
An itemized invoice is delivered electronically by text or email with an online payment link.
Follow-Up
A follow-up contact to confirm the completed work meets expectations, with an invitation to share feedback.
